ADVISORY BOARD

Besides the stakeholders directly involved within the consortium, the project created and maintain an Advisory Board of experts, which includes external players belonging to trade associations, standardisation organisations and public authorities. The Advisory Board will provide strategic oversight for the project, considering business and technical perspectives, and will represent the position of high-profile stakeholders, which will actively contribute to the project evolution, thus contributing to keep it on the edge of innovation (as part of the duty of the management). This approach will bring a two-fold benefit: on one hand, it will extend the visibility of the project beyond the borders of the consortium; on the other hand, it will collect feedback and suggestions from external entities, thus gathering a comprehensive, independent (and possibly critic) vision of project developments.
