Cars are becoming more and more automated: they park alone, brake in an emergency, keep speed constant or warn you if you go off the road. In this constant evolution, roads and highways are preparing for the fully autonomous car. But it hasn’t finished arriving yet and is already raising moral dilemmas.
ICMAT was interviewed by the Spanish radio (Radio 5) within the “Màs cerca” format discussing how to increase trust in autonomous vehicles by developing more robust and transparent algorithms in decision making.
